Radiation Oncologists
A radiation oncologist is a physician who has received four years of additional training in the use of radiation to treat cancer. Each of the radiation oncologists at Seattle CyberKnife Center is CyberKnife certified. All of them have many years of experience and are experts in their field. The radiation oncologist collaborates with the medical physicist to develop, prescribe and manage your treatment plan. He or she will follow your progress during and after treatment to help manage any side effects, and will work closely with your personal physician and oncologist.
